Who We Are
In 1969 few partners established in Naples, Italy a company named “CimaSud Srl”, with the aim of offering shipbroking services to the growing local shipowning market.
In 1975 Mr. Aldo Frulio and Mr. Alberto Paoluzzi took over the whole shares of the company and decided to rename it “Unitramp Srl”.
Since 1980 Unitramp is fully owned by the Frulio family and today Mr. Aldo Frulio is the CEO whilst his son Mr. Vincenzo Frulio is the General Manager.
In 2012 Unitramp International Sarl was set up as independent shipbroking office in Lausanne, Switzerland with the aim of opening new doors and strengthening existing business relationships.
We are member of BIMCO since 1979 and member of the Italian shipping associations Confitarma, AssArmatori and Assoagenti. We are also affiliated to The Baltic Exchange and AxsMarine.
What We Do
Unitramp Srl is mainly operating as a shipbroking company and we are active in Sale & Purchase and Chartering of a broad range of cargo and passenger ships.
We also provide our clients with Commercial Agency and Financing Consultancy, always in connection with the shipping industry.
We are fully committed and dedicated to the needs of our clients with whom we often enjoy long-lasting personal and business relationship and to whom we offer professional assistance and wide brokering services.
We are used to develop private deals on low profile basis with close clients who appreciate our professional and confidential approach to the business.
